Health Challenge Pembrokeshire Group

This purpose of this group is :-

To provide development and implementation of Health Challenge Pembrokeshire (the Pembrokeshire Health, Social Care and Well-being Strategy 2008 – 11)
To review and update the Strategy as necessary, taking in to account local and national strategic direction and organisational developments and to make recommendations to Health, Social Care & Well-being Partnership as required.
To implement ‘Working Together – the procedure for co-operation’ and adhere to other partnership information sharing protocols
To agree and oversee the work completed by the Data Sub Group and to ensure relevant data is identified and collected.
To agree and oversee the work completed by the Marketing & Communication Sub-Group.
