Palliative Care Network
The network exists to represent member interests and to make an effective contribution to the development and delivery of the Palliative Care Strategy for Pembrokeshire. It is an independent Network of voluntary groups, service users and carers, which is owned by the members and facilitated by PAVS.
There are clear links from this Network to the partnership group which is responsible for the development and monitoring of the Palliative Care Strategy, and representatives from the Network sit on the Strategy Group to feed information in, and to feed back to the Network.
The Network is committed to meeting at least twice yearly, and will meet inbetween if necessary.
